- Sprinkle over Fries
- Slow roasting any cut of Lamb
- Pan fried Lamb chops/ cutlets
- Sprinkle over roasted vegetables
- Pickling liquid
- Coat it on any meat to cook on the BBQ
- Add oil and use as a baste
- Add into soups
- Perfect in the slow cooker with your choice of meat
Honestly this spice rub can just about go on anything. Being that it is on the sweeter side it means it doesn't even need to be cooked. It can be used as a seasoning, just sprinkled on anything.
