Refund policy

Due to food health and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on change of mind purchases. If something is not right with your order, please contact us on info@blackspicemarket.com.au.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

In the event there is something wrong with your product after opening, contact us so we can look into the matter further. Please be sure to record the batch number and date located on the back so we can investigate.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges


We do not offer exchanges due to food health and safety reasons, unless the above mentioned exception applies to you. In this case, please contact us to request an exchange.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
