Estimated Delivery Times.

 

All orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours. This may change during peak times, in which case we will notify you of any delays

All items are sent from Melbourne, Victoria and delivery times will vary, depending on your location, and peak seasons. Typically, standard shipping will arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

At the moment, Express Post does not guarantee next day delivery (this one is out of our hands). Although next day delivery is not guaranteed, usually items will be received within 1 to 2 business days.

 

What if my item has not arrived?

You will be provided with a tracking number when you make your purchase. so you can check in as your package makes its way to you.

In the rare event that your item does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us. Factors such as time of year (for example Christmastime) or your location may cause delivery delays, but we will do everything we can to communicate this to you and get your item to you as soon as possible.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $8.00 AUD Australia-wide

Express shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15.00 AUD Australia wide

International shipping to NZ is a flat rate of $25.00 AUD

International shipping to US is charged based on weight starting at $35.00 AUD

For all deliveries outside of Australia additional taxes and customs charges may apply on arrival. Ensure you check your countries import fees prior to ordering.
